1. Who we are

ANB Graphics is a trading name of MIAAR LTD (company no. 16933079, registered in England and Wales). Registered office: Office 16138, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Contact: info@anbgraphics.com.

2. The service

ANB Graphics is an online design tool where you customise products and logos, preview your designs and, after purchase, download the finished files. Viewing and editing in trial mode is free. The PNG preview is for viewing only. Full-quality downloads need a purchase or credits.

3. Accounts

You must give a real email address and verify it. One person may hold one account, and you must keep your login details safe. We may disable accounts that are used for abuse or fraud, or that use fake or disposable email addresses. If your account is disabled, contact us at info@anbgraphics.com.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Other currencies are shown as an approximate guide only. Prices include applicable taxes where required. You pay using the payment methods shown at checkout (currently PayPal; card payments via Stripe will be added later). Every payment is verified manually by us during our opening hours (Mon-Sat 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM (BST)), and your files unlock once it is confirmed. Payments waiting to be checked are shown in a verification queue.

5. Digital content

Files are delivered digitally once your payment is confirmed. By ticking the checkbox at checkout you ask us to start immediately, and you accept that once the download starts you lose your 14-day right to cancel (see our Refund Policy).

6. Your uploads and designs

You keep ownership of what you upload. You promise that you have the rights to it: it must not use trademarks, copyrighted artwork or any content you are not allowed to use, and it must not be unlawful or hateful. You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to run the service. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

7. Our content

Logos, fonts, templates and shapes supplied by us are licensed to you, after purchase, for your own products and projects. You may not resell or redistribute them as a template or library. Some fonts or items carry their own licence, which is shown with them.

8. Custom jobs and designer work

A custom job is agreed with a price and timeline in the chat. Work starts once your payment is confirmed.

9. Credits and packs

Credits can be used on this site only. They are not cash and do not expire unless this is stated at the time of purchase.

10. Availability

We try to keep the site running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud. Otherwise our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned, and we are not liable for indirect loss.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
