2. Data we collect

• Your name and email address, and your password (stored hashed).
• Verification and login data.
• Designs and files you upload.
• Orders and payment status.
• The sender name and screenshots you submit for manual payments.
• Chat and custom-job messages, and support emails.
• Your IP address and device and browser data.
• Essential cookies and session data.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To provide the service and perform our contract with you (orders, downloads, support).
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud and abuse prevention, and blocking spam and fake email addresses.
• Legal obligations, such as tax and accounting.
• Consent, where required (for example marketing, if we ever use it).

4. Who we share it with

Our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and professional advisers. Payments are made through the payment methods shown at checkout (currently PayPal) and are verified manually by us during our opening hours (Mon-Sat 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM (BST)), so the sender name and proof you submit are seen by us. We do not pass your payment details to a card processor at present; if card payments via Stripe are added later, we will update this policy. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are outside the UK and the EEA. Where this happens we rely on approved safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep account and order data while your account exists and for as long as needed for tax and accounting, generally up to 6 years for order records. You can ask us to delete your account and designs.

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to data portability. Contact info@anbgraphics.com to use these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for login, the cart and security. We do not use advertising cookies at present.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and regular backups.

10. Children

The service is not intended for people under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
