Refund Policy

1. Digital downloads

Files are digital and delivered immediately, so purchases are not refundable once the download has started or the files are available. By ticking the checkbox at checkout you accept this.

2. Technical problems

If a file is corrupt or wrong, or the site fails to deliver it, tell us within 14 days at info@anbgraphics.com with your order number. We will fix it, or refund you if we cannot.

3. Not delivered or charged twice

If your order was not delivered, or you were charged twice, we refund you in full.

4. Custom jobs

You get a full refund before work starts. After work has started, we refund only the part that was not delivered, as agreed in the chat.

5. Credits and packs

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none have been used. Credits that have been used are not refundable.

6. Payments that cannot be verified

Payments that we cannot verify are refunded to the sender.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
